Rick Woods Richard S. Anne Dobinsky

Anne T.M. Dobinsky, Certified Public Accountant and Partner   Education: Hartwick College, Oneonta, New York Bachelor of Arts, June 1975 University of Rochester Masters in Business Administration, June 1983   Professional Experience: Anne has 26 years diversified experience in public accounting. She has extensive experience with audits of businesses and has significant experience providing services to clients in numerous industries including retail, medical, wholesale, manufacturing and not-for-profit. Her expertise also includes financial statement preparation and disclosures, tax return preparation and consulting to closely-held businesses. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

James W. Weibel, Jr. Tax and Audit Manager Broome Community College -Associates Degree - May 1991 - State University of New York at Utica - Bachelor of Science - December 1993   Jim has seventeen years diversified public accounting experience and provides audit and tax services to a number of closely-held businesses.  Jim has extensive experience in software systems.  Jim also serves on the Board of Directors for Chenango County Habitat for Humanity, New York State Veterans Home Volunteer Guild, and VFW Post 7014, Sidney, New York.  Jim and his wife, Bonnie, live Guilford, New York.
Laura Miller, Certified Public Accountant Staff Accountant The College of St. Rose, Albany, New York Bachelor of Science in Accounting     Laura received her Bachelors Degree in Accounting at The College of St. Rose in Albany, New York.  She worked as a auditor and staff accountant in Albany, New York, for two years before moving back to Oneonta to join Woods & Dobinsky. Laura has five years of public accounting experience and  resides in Oneonta with her husband Tim.
Michelle Wolbert Staff Accountant State University of New York at Plattsburgh Bachelor of Science in Accounting     Michelle has sixteen years of public and private accounting experience.  She received her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.   Michelle and her husband, Jon, live in Harpursville with their two sons, Joshua and Jacob.
Karen Woods Office Manager     Karen has worked in and out of the accounting field for over thirty years.  Karen handles the communication, billing, processing and various information technology.  Karen has lived in Oneonta since 1978 and has two grown children, Michael and Laura.
